Abbfabb Grooming Scissors Returns Policy

Whilst we have every confidence in our dog grooming scissors, occasionally things can go wrong. Returns and refunds are acceptable, however please read below before returning your scissors.

• If a product is clearly damaged, visibly different to the item you purchased, or is not fit for purpose, within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will either refund your money or offer an immediate replacement ( if in stock ), as long as the goods are returned in the ORIGINAL CASE.
• Beyond 30 days and up to 365 days after purchase, we may offer a free repair for faulty products, if the fault is NOT, in our professional opinion, caused through misuse, inappropriate use or abuse.
• Furthermore, we do not offer free servicing or sharpening if the scissor develops a blunt edge due to it being used for its intended use or through reasonable wear and tear.
• The use of a third party to repair, reset or sharpen Dog Grooming Scissors within the first 30 days of purchase NEGATES any right to refunds, replacements and free repair or sharpening. Please ensure you contact us prior to using a scissor sharpener.
• Furthermore, we do not offer free servicing or sharpening if the scissor develops a blunt edge due to being used as intended, or through wear and tear.
• Refunds WILL NOT be given on any items purchased prior to a store sale,  promotional discounts and student discounts. 
• Postage on for returns within the first 30 days of purchase, on faulty scissors is payable by ourselves, Abbfabb Grooming Scissors Ltd. If unwanted scissors are being returned within the first 30 days of purchase, the cost of the return, is payable by the sender.
• We are able to recommend a full repair and sharpening service of all dog grooming scissor brands, for routine maintenance which is chargeable.
